A great round-up!

A suggestion to make it easier for Firefox users like me: we don't see the name of the dish when the mouse hovers over the image. FF does not display the alt attribute on hover because it follows the standards for the alt attribute. It does, however, display the contents of the title attribute. Please could you update the images adding a title attribute that has the same contents as the alt attribute?

Wow what a fare! Here in Blr. when we visit someone's home they give bettle leaves and coconuts. I used to get fed up with trying to find interesting things to make with them. So now this is my solution.
Ashwini thanks a bunch for including my recipe though it was a late entry. I will try to take a snap at the earliest.
